If you have a problem with your ViewCompanion installation, you should first make sure that you're running the latest version.
The version number can be found in the About dialog box.

You can report a problem by using our online support forum or send us an e-mail. Please include as much information as possible about your problem and your system configuration. If the problem is related to a specific file, it will help us a lot if you can send us that file with e-mail, or upload it to our forum.

All new licenses includes a one-year maintenance agreement that covers:
  • Free minor updates and bug fixes.
  • Free major upgrades.
  • Highest priority for requested features, or other improvements to the software.
  • Highest priority for fixing reported problems/bugs.
  • Free technical support by e-mail.
